Managing members

From the association's admin panel you can view, add and remove members, as well as check their subscription status.

Accessing the member list

Go to My associations → ⚙️ gear icon → Members. You will see a table with all current members that includes:

  • User — name and profile picture
  • Join date — when they joined the association
  • Subscription status — indicates the member's current situation
  • Email
  • Phone

Searching for members

Use the search box to find members by name.

Adding a member manually

The administrator can add members directly without the user having to request it:

  1. Click Add member
  2. Search for the user by name or email
  3. Select the user and confirm

Removing a member

From the list, each member has a remove button. Once confirmed, the user immediately stops being a member of the association.

How members join on their own

In Settings → General you choose your association's access mode:

  • Invitation only — nobody can join on their own. Photographers have to contact you and you add them manually. This is the default.
  • With approval — a "Request to join" button appears on the public page. Photographers ask to join and you decide.

Reviewing requests

When someone asks to join, their request appears in the admin panel, in the pending requests card, where you can accept or reject it directly. The card shows the 5 most recent ones; to see them all, click "View all requests".

On that screen you can:

  • Search by the requester's name or email
  • Filter by status and by date range
  • Accept or reject in bulk: select several requests (the selection is kept even if you change page) or tick every request matching the filter

When you accept a request, the user becomes a member and receives an email. Rejecting sends nothing, but they will be able to ask again later.

Email notifications

Each administrator decides whether to receive an email every time a request arrives. The toggle is on the requests screen itself and also in your profile preferences, with one row per association you administer.
